26-th Feb 2014

Dear Members,

As you may be aware, we have now tried on two occasions to hold an EGM for the purpose of filling three vacant positions on the committee.
As we did not have a quorum present at either meeting, they did not go ahead which now leaves us in a position with three vacant positions.
We have three members (Allan Fox, Paddy O’Reilly, Mick White) who are willing to fulfil these positions all of whom were present at both of these EGM’s
and all have been nominated and seconded by members. It is now proposed to co-opt these members onto the committee in order to have a full seven-member committee.

If you have any comments or would like to suggest an alternative, please contact the secretary before Thursday 4th March.
We will automatically add all three after this date if no objections are received.
You can send all comments or suggestions to
or post to the secretary, Bob Lacey, Newpark, Kiltoom, Athlone. Co Roscommon.
